Software Usage Rules
These rules form part of the Terms and Conditions of New Habits E.r.a.r., established in Camino del Mar, 47 - 4B, 38390, Santa Ursula, Santa Cruz de Tenerife — Canary Islands, Spain. They apply to every licence key, activation, update and Managed AI request. They follow the same model used by comparable licensed SEO, analytics and WordPress products: a personal key, a finite number of installations, and an automatic lock if the key is reused beyond the purchased scope.
1. Personal licence
The key is issued to the paying account. You may not lend it, lease it, publish it, pool it across agencies that did not buy the plan, or use it to activate sites you do not operate. One business may use one key only on the sites covered by that plan.
2. What counts as a use
Each new website (or a new installation on a different domain) counts as one use of the key. The plan states how many sites may be active at the same time. Independently, the same key may not be used more times than the greater of the plan slots and 3.
Examples: a 1-site plan may be used up to 3 times (for genuine moves) before the key is blocked; a 10-site Agency plan may be used up to 10 times. Transfers that stay on the same site row do not add a use. Creating a new site row does.
3. What happens if you exceed the limit
On the first use beyond the limit the following happens automatically, without a human review:
- the key is blocked as a precaution;
- you receive an email stating that the use is not permitted;
- the customer area shows a block notice and hides new activations;
- the plugin, private updates and Managed AI stop working for that key.
To unlock, write to hello@emyneo.com. We review the case (honest migration, support error, or abuse). Unlock is not automatic and may be refused.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the software only for lawful SEO/GEO work on websites you are authorised to manage. You must not:
- share the key on forums, chats, marketplaces or with other customers;
- clone a site, staging copy or container to bypass site slots;
- reverse engineer, scrape or attack our endpoints, signing, updates or AI gateway;
- resell credits, AI balance, download tokens or access;
- feed unlawful, infringing or personal data of third parties into Managed AI except as needed for a site you operate;
- use the software to send spam or to manipulate search engines in a way that is illegal in your country.
5. Credits, Managed AI and OpenAI
Credits and AI balance sit on your account. They are not cash. Consumed units are not refundable except as part of a 14-day withdrawal, which deducts used units as in the Terms. Unused units freeze if the licence is not active and are cancelled if the licence is withdrawn or deleted.
Managed AI is executed on our infrastructure. Prompts may be sent to a third-party model provider. You remain responsible for the content you submit and for the text published on your sites.
A withdrawal in the first 14 days is refunded net of credits and AI already used. Formula:
refund = amount paid − (credits used × unit credit cost) − AI used in euros
Example pack: 150 credits + 5.00 EUR of AI for 25.00 EUR:
- Credit portion of the price: 25.00 EUR − 5.00 EUR = 20.00 EUR
- Cost of 1 credit: 20.00 / 150 = 0.1333 EUR
- If you used 30 credits and 2.00 EUR of AI: 30 × 0.1333 EUR = 4.00 EUR
- Refund: 25.00 − 4.00 − 2.00 = 19.00 EUR
Unused credits and AI are cancelled with the licence. Any refund due is paid manually to the original payment method after we verify usage.
6. Seller controls
The seller may block or delete a key or a single activation. Deleting an activation removes that website from the key. Deleting the key removes it from the system. Orders and invoices stay as accounting records.
