Start with Emyneo.
Everything you need is included.

No. The Founders license already includes 250 Credits and € 10 of AI. Install the plugin, analyse your first pages and start improving without a second purchase.

Buy extra Credits or AI only when that included balance is no longer enough. A top-up never replaces the license and is not required to activate Emyneo.

€ 49 is the Founders price for one annual software license on one WordPress website, plus launch usage: 250 Credits and € 10 AI (instead of the standard 200 Credits and € 5 AI).

That € 49 / year price is locked for 3 years on this license only, as long as you keep renewing without a gap.

It does not include extra websites. For 5 or 10 live sites, use the 5-license (€ 225) or 10-license (€ 420) plans. Those plans have more included usage, but no 3-year price lock.

Yes. Each license is activated on one WordPress website. That is how Emyneo knows which install is entitled to updates, Credits and AI for that site.

You choose the domain when you activate the license from the customer area. If you built the site on a demo or staging domain, you can move the license later (up to 3 transfers).

Yes. You can transfer a license to another website up to 3 times. Typical case: you develop on a temporary or staging domain, then move Emyneo to the live site.

A transfer moves the software license, not the number of websites you can run at the same time. It does not buy you a second concurrent install. Your Credits and AI stay on the account and can be allocated again after the move.

Only on the Founders 1-license plan. If you buy that offer, € 49 / year is locked for the next 3 years on that license, as long as you keep renewing it without cancelling.

The 5-license (€ 225) and 10-license (€ 420) plans have no locked price. They renew at the commercial price in force for that plan.

After the three Founders years, renewal follows the commercial 1-license price then in force.

If you cancel, stop renewing, or let the license lapse and come back later, the € 49 lock is gone. A new purchase is at the public price at that time. The lock does not transfer to another license.

The Founders offer is limited to the first 100 licenses. When that allocation is gone, the € 49 price and the extra included usage are no longer offered.

There is no waitlist inside the checkout: if the offer is still visible at € 49, a license is still available. When it sells out, the page will show the standard commercial price.

Yes. Every license lasts 12 months and renews yearly.

If you cancel a Founders 1-license, you can use Emyneo until the paid year ends. Unused Credits and AI stay on the account. But when you buy again later, you do not keep the € 49 locked price.

No. Purchased Credits and AI do not expire. The software license is annual; the usage balances are not.

Unused Credits and AI stay in your customer area until you spend them. If the license lapses, you cannot run Emyneo operations until you have an active license again — but the unused balance is still there when you come back.

Open the customer area and buy a Credits pack, an AI top-up, or the combo. That purchase adds capacity only. It does not change the license expiry, the renewal price, or how many websites you can run.

You can top up before the included balance hits zero. Unused purchased usage does not expire, so you are not forced to wait until you are empty.

Each license still covers one website. Extra Credits and AI sit on your customer account, and you send them to the licensed sites that need them.

You do not have to give every site the same amount. A site you are actively rebuilding can take more; a quiet site can take less. Allocation is done from the Credits tab in the customer area.

No. There is no forced equal split. You choose how much each licensed website receives, and you can move unused extra balance back to the unassigned pool and send it somewhere else later.

That is the point of buying usage at account level: the work is rarely the same on every site.

A single-site Founders license covers one WordPress website. For several live sites in parallel, buy the 5-license plan (€ 225 / year) or the 10-license plan (€ 420 / year).

Those plans include more Credits and AI (1,400 + € 30 AI, or 3,000 + € 70 AI) and you can assign usage per site. They do not include a 3-year locked price.

Transfer is for moving the same license (for example staging → production), not for running two sites together on a 1-license plan.

No. Credits pay for selected platform operations such as page analysis and other catalogued research actions. AI balance pays only when Emyneo calls an AI model (generation, rewriting, semantic enrichment, FAQ drafting, and similar).

A base analysis can use a Credit and still cost 0 AI. A writing job can spend AI and leave Credits untouched. You can buy them separately, which is why the shop sells Credits, AI, and a combo.

No. A transfer moves the software license to another domain. It does not wipe Credits or AI, and you do not buy them again.

After the new site is activated, allocate the balance to that site from the customer area if you want the new install to spend it. The account keeps what you already purchased.

Card payments go through Stripe. Emyneo does not store your full card number. You also see PayPal and bank transfer in checkout when those methods are enabled for that order.

After payment you receive the order in the customer area, with invoices and the plugin download. If a method is temporarily unavailable, another listed method still completes the purchase.

Yes, when PayPal is shown as a payment method on the checkout page. If you do not see it, use Stripe (card) or bank transfer for that order.

The license and the included usage are the same regardless of how you pay. The customer area and invoices work the same way.

No. The 3-year lock exists only on the Founders 1-license offer at € 49 / year.

€ 225 and € 420 are the current prices for 5 and 10 websites, with extra included Credits and AI. Renewal of those plans follows the commercial price in force at renewal. Cancelling and returning later also uses the price published at that time.

The lock is tied to continuous renewal of that Founders license.

If you cancel, miss renewal, or let the license expire, the locked € 49 price ends. A later purchase — even the same website — is charged at the public price then on the site, not at € 49.

Unused Credits and AI already on the account are not deleted. You need an active license again to spend them.
