More usage.
Exactly where you need it.

No. Credits and AI are usage only. They do not include a license, do not replace a license, and do not add another website.

You need an active Emyneo license on the WordPress site where you want to spend them. If you do not have a license yet, buy the software first. If the license expires, the unused balance stays on the account but you cannot run Emyneo operations until the license is active again.

Credits pay for selected platform operations: page analysis and other catalogued research actions. The License Platform decides the credit cost of each operation before you run it.

AI balance pays only when Emyneo calls an AI model — generation, rewriting, interpretation, FAQ drafting, and similar. Many diagnostics cost 0 AI. A writing job can spend AI and leave Credits untouched.

That is why the shop sells them separately, plus a combo if you use both regularly.

In the Emyneo customer area (Login in the menu). The Overview shows the totals. The Credits tab shows unassigned balance and what you already sent to each licensed website.

From that same tab you move Credits or AI onto a site, or return extra unused balance to the pool. The WordPress plugin shows usage on the site; the account is the place that buys and allocates.

No. Purchased Credits and AI do not expire. The software license is annual; the usage balances are not.

You can top up before you hit zero. Unused balance stays available until you spend it. If the license lapses, the balance is still there when you activate a license again.

Yes. Extra Credits and AI belong to the customer account, not to a single license forever. You allocate them to the licensed websites that need work.

A site you are rebuilding can take more. A maintenance site can take less. You manage that from the Credits tab. You cannot spend them on a website that has no Emyneo license.

No. There is no automatic 50/50 split. Send more to the site that needs analyses, content work or AI this month, and leave the others with less.

If you sent too much to one site, you can return extra unused balance to the unassigned pool and send it elsewhere.

Yes. Allocation is not permanent. From the customer area you send Credits or AI to a licensed site, and you can return extra unused amounts to the pool when the work on that site is done.

What you already spent on completed operations is gone. What is still sitting unused can be moved. That is how the same top-up can follow the project that actually needs it.

500 Credits (€ 19) if you mainly need more analyses and credit-based operations.

€ 25 AI if you already have Credits but keep running out of AI for generation, rewriting or semantic work.

Combo (2,000 Credits + AI) if you use both regularly across one or more licensed sites. None of these packages adds a website or extends the license year. They only add capacity.

Yes. You do not have to wait until zero. Purchased usage does not expire, so topping up early just means you have capacity ready for the next pages.

The new amount is added to your account. Allocate it to a site when you need it, or leave it unassigned until you decide.

Credit-based operations stop until you add more. The license stays active. AI balance is not touched. You can still open saved results and do work that does not require a new Credit.

Buy a Credits pack or the combo, then send the new balance to the site that needs the next analysis. Nothing about your renewal date or the number of websites changes.

AI-powered operations that need the wallet will ask for a top-up. Credit-based analysis can continue. The software license is unchanged.

Buy an AI pack or the combo. Choose AI only when you want generation or deeper interpretation; do not assume every screen spends AI.

No. A top-up only increases Credits and/or AI. The number of websites is decided by licenses, not by usage packs.

If you need Emyneo on another WordPress site at the same time, buy another license. Then you can send part of the same usage pool to that new site.

No. License dates and usage balances are separate. Buying Credits or AI does not move the expiry, does not change the Founders lock, and does not count as a renewal.

Renew the license from Subscriptions in the customer area when the year ends. Top up usage whenever the work requires it.

Unused purchased Credits and AI do not vanish when the license year ends. They stay on the account.

You need an active license to spend them inside Emyneo. Renew or buy a license again, then allocate the remaining balance to the licensed site. Do not buy usage a second time just because the license lapsed.

Card payments go through Stripe. Emyneo does not store your full card number. PayPal or bank transfer appear when they are enabled for that checkout.

After payment the top-up lands on your customer account. If you bought from a specific licensed site, it can land on that site; otherwise it waits in the unassigned pool until you send it.

Yes, when PayPal is listed as a payment method on the checkout page. If it is not shown for that order, use Stripe (card) or bank transfer.

The Credits or AI you buy are the same regardless of the payment method.
