This notice explains how New Habits E.r.a.r., established in Camino del Mar, 47 - 4B, 38390, Santa Ursula, Santa Cruz de Tenerife — Canary Islands, Spain, processes personal data when you buy or use a software licence on this website.
1. Data we collect
At checkout and in the customer area we collect the billing details you submit: name, email, company, address, country, tax identifiers, and your acceptance of this policy and the Terms and Conditions. Card data is handled by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.
When you activate a site we also store the licence key, domain, installation identifier, client version, and technical logs needed to validate the licence, updates and Managed AI.
2. Why we use it
We use this data to create your account, issue the licence and invoice, deliver updates and AI operations, handle support, withdrawals and security, and meet tax and consumer-law duties from the Canary Islands.
3. How long we keep it
Orders, invoices and consents are kept for the period required by tax and consumer rules. You may ask for access or correction at hello@emyneo.com.
4. Your rights
Depending on your country you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Withdrawal is described on the Right of Withdrawal page.
